The main goals for three year old Preschool focus on the social and emotional development of a child in a classroom type setting. They work on gaining the ability to follow directions, take turns, and share with others.

Each month children work on a new shape and color. They learn to identify shapes and colors in the environment as well as working on the fine motor skills of cutting and coloring the shape. There is also an emphasis on science and computers as well as a music specialist who visits the classroom every other week.

All of this is accomplished within a flexible creative curriculum theme based environment.

Our Preschool class follows the OASD calendar. Preschool runs from September through May. We offer a Monday, Wednesday, Friday class and a Tuesday / Thursday class. The 3 day class will run from 8:30 am to 11 am while the 2 day class will be 9 am to 11:30 am. The ratio is ten children to one teacher.

Children must be 3 years old by September 1st and be fully potty trained.
