Infants are constantly growing, learning and changing. So between the cooing and cuddling, our teachers delight in your baby's every advancement and provide endless opportunities for development and discovery. From rocking and thoughtful interaction, to storytime and naptime, to singing and talking, Davis teachers provide just what your baby needs, all in a safe, clean, healthy environment.

The Rockin' Roller (infant) room has 8 infants and 3 teachers. We provide Similac with Iron Formula, infant rice and oatmeal cereal, and 1st and 2nd strained foods. One teacher provides breaks and finishes out the day when the first teacher leaves for the day. The other two teachers are responsible for the lesson plans and primary care of four infants each (ratio 1 to 4). These lesson plans revolve around the infants own needs and schedules. We center our day around building a trusting relationship with each infant and their parents through daily communications. When the time is right we encourage them to roll, crawl, pull themselves up, walk, etc. Between the ages of nine months and one year they progress to the Creeper Room.
